Creating Memorable Moments: 50th Birthday Celebration! In February I was lucky enough to prepare some meals for a 50th Birthday Party. My Partner of 13 years turned 50!! Can you believe it?? We had friends and family come out to Seabrook, WA and we celebrated him for days. It was a real special treat. One of the key elements of any special occasion is the food. Back to our celebration. Of course, this celebration was more laid back since it was a family/friend vacation, but trust me, we take our food and entertaining very seriously. We had a lot of fun while making sure everything looked and tasted delicious. We ate dumplings and crab, we went clam digging in Pacific Beach at Mocrocks Beach and we could not have asked for more beautiful weather (especially in February). We dug, cleaned, and cooked those beautiful and sweet razor clams up, and enjoyed each other’s company. We also had a crab boil with clams, shrimp, seared scallops and fresh bread. None of it disappointed.
